And in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; because thou hast obeyed my voice (Genesis 22:18).

In Genesis 12:2, God spoke to Abraham and said, "… I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing…." Observe that this was entirely God’s idea. Abraham didn’t ask to be great; it was God’s dream for him. It’s also important to note the reason God wanted to make Abraham great: it was so he (Abraham) could be a blessing.
Being born again, you’re the seed of Abraham, and God wants to bless the world through you. He wants the whole world to benefit from your existence. He said to Abraham, "…in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed." It’s your destiny to be a blessing to your world; it’s your calling. You’re in this world as an agent of positive change. Therefore, it’s your responsibility to think of ways to improve the world of your time and beyond.
Understand that it’s God’s dream for you to be a blessing; it’s what He expects of you. He’s interested in your success, and His dream is for you to heap success upon success. If you’re successful today, then He can count on you to attain higher levels of success. The Lord Jesus said in John 15:2, "Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit." If you’re productive, the Lord will increase the grace on your life, so you can become even more productive. So, go out today and do something to bless your world; be a success for the Lord.

Prayer
Dear Father, I thank you for Your Word which builds me up and fills my heart with divine treasures that I may bring forth fruits unto righteousness. I yield my heart to your Spirit, who causes me to be productive and effective in every good work, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Hello "Trans Amadians"(I love this word so much I'm gonna patent it and make money off it whenever it is used).Please mobilze all your members-past,present and future-for tomorrow's service.Remember it's a Trans Amadi "sin" to come to church "empty handed".Put a smile on God's face by going to search out and bringing to church that long lost Son/dota,your old member,in your left arm and a new soul in your right.Dont be asking me,"Okay BQM,if we now all bring new souls,where will they all sit?".Leave that one to us.If your barn has become small for your harvest,no be to build/hire another one?Ask my farmer friends in Gboko.Creat a space problem tomorrow for us.We want people standing on top of each other in church tomorrow.Let them come with all their questions;God has all the answers.Take time after your cell meetings and call/visit them.

What a honour to know that the gospel of Jesus Christ has been committed to our trust ! This means that you carry divine information that can change human lives. You are the extension of God's hand of love to your world.

Let soul winning be at the core of your everyday life. Be excited about soul winning, because this is the most important thing to God. Let God reach others through you today.

Cell meetings will hold today in your different cell venues.Ensure you remind all your invitees early about the meeting, and personally visit them to bring them for the meeting. The power of God will be present in these meetings and we are going to win more souls.

The Holy Spirit makes us an effective witness of our Lord Jesus Christ. He is the one that helps us carry out our ministry of reconciling the world to God. Take out time today to have fellowship with Him.

As you go out today, give someone an opportunity to believe the gospel of Jesus Christ and receive eternal life. God's power to save is released when you preach the gospel. Talk to someone today about Jesus Christ and win that one to Christ

Being Friendly At Work

Friendliness matters more than ever in the workplace. This is a time, across Europe and africa, where people need to be and to look effective at work, so that when the redundancies come, individuals can put themselves at the top of the "must keep at all costs" pile.

Of course, it goes without saying that you should be friendly at work anyway: it's simply the right thing to do and it generates positivity around you. It's just much more important right now.

If you are friendly at work, you will be happier. Look at it the other way around: if you are unfriendly at work, people will dislike you and distrust you. They may even fear you. So you won't have friends and there will simply be no fun at work for you. Most people just can't survive without some friendly contact to keep them going during tough days, and if you are unfriendly to people, that is exactly what you won't get. You might think you don't need friends, that you need to be tough with others: but what happens when something goes wrong for you? What happens when you need the support of others? If you make yourself disliked then you will find that support much harder to come by.

Other people's days will be improved by your being friendly. They will like working around you and it may well develop their own work, having a knock-on effect around the office. This really works in schools. If a teacher cracks a few innocent jokes, offers to carry some boxes, help with a display, or take a difficult pupil off a stressed-out colleague's hands for a while, it can work wonders for morale as a whole. And the morale of the whole company or department is very important in these difficult times.

Being friendly can do more than just save your job or help you feel a little better. Friendly people gain allies and supporters. They have people who can rally round them, people who can be relied upon to help them. It is because they put themselves out that others are prepared to do the same in return. So friendliness can have great rewards in terms of completing projects, getting new ideas out there, getting changes made, or just making the process of work itself smoother.

A friendly person who has built the trust of others, who has supported others and has had others support them, comes to be seen as something more - a leader. They will then be more likely to be offered promotions and advancement opportunities.

This isn't to say that saying "hello" to someone will get you made CEO in three years. It means that if you are willing to conceal your own stress and project a friendly, approachable image, the people around you will begin to admire you. Who admires co-workers who are too frazzled or stressed out to pass the time of day? Who admires a colleague who never smiles? Who, in short, looks up to a co-worker who plainly cannot cope with the demands of the job?

Being friendly is a sign that you are on top of the job and its demands. It is a sign that you have emotional energy to spare. You are in control. It is for this reason that it leads to improved job prospects.

So it's about putting yourself out a little, trying to show yourself in the best light, taking a little time to care for those around you. It can be really difficult, but it is a very good way of improving your work and the work of those around you.
