Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me (Revelation 3:20).

The Lord Jesus said, “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me” (John 10:27). In other words, if you belong to Christ, you have no problem discerning His voice. Many wonder if it’s possible to hear God speak, in a world where there’re so many voices. The words of the Master in..Click here now for the full article!

And this is the confidence that we have in Him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he heareth us: And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him (Scriptural Ref«»1 John 5:I4–15).

Praying according to the will of God is a key ingredient for success in prayer, especially the prayer of petition. However, many have a misconception of what exactly it means to “ask according to God’s will.” Some have assumed, mostly, because they haven’t been adequately taught the Word, that the reason they didn’t receive answers to their prayers was because such.....Click here now for the full article!

For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet (1 Corinthians 15:25).

Whenever certain things are trendy, such as a hairstyle, clothes, shoes, cars, designs or a business for example, many make comments like, “This is the reigning thing.” What they’re trying to say is, “This is the vogue of the moment.” I always interject when anyone makes such a statement around me, because the only One who’s reigning is Christ Jesus; and I’m reigning with Him. For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring (Acts 17:28).

True Christianity is living in the Name of Jesus. The very thought of this is so awe-inspiring! Colossians 3:17 says "And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus...." Notice that the underlined phrase says " all in the name of the Lord Jesus," not "through the name of the Lord Jesus." There's a big difference between the two. Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth (3 John 1:2).

The first step to living in prosperity is to believe in prosperity. Some Christians don't believe in it. Most times, they're the same who condemn and criticize preachers who teach God's Word on prosperity. Not to believe in prosperity or in the message of prosperity is not to believe in God, for if you study the Bible carefully, you will discover that Click the link below for the full article.

Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place (2 Corinthians 2:14).

One Bible character that inspires me greatly is King David; there’s so much about him in Scriptures that’s so inspiring. He was a very successful king, who never lost a battle. The only time Israel ever lost a battle in David’s day was when he didn’t go. How could a man be so successful? Click the link below for the full article.

The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the broken-hearted,to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, To preach the acceptable year of the Lord (Luke 4:18-19).

It's not enough that you're preaching a message about Jesus Christ; it's got to be "good news," for if it's not "good news" then it's not Gospel. The Gospel of Christ makes sinners righteous! It catapults the poor from obscurity, penury, and misery to a life of prosperity, glory, and excellence. It's the Click the link below for the full article.

I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine justpersons, which need no repentance (Luke 15:7).

Many people give attention to things that aren’t so important. They strive all their lives to be famous and gain human recognition, but these don’t last. “As for man, his days are as grass: as a flower of the field, so he flourisheth. For the wind passeth over it, and it is gone; and the place thereof shall know it no more” Click the link below for the full article.

Scriptural Ref: Mathew 3:16

And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him (Matthew 3:16).

A lack of proper understanding of the verse above has led many Christians to symbolize or represent the Holy Spirit with a dove. However, neither this scripture nor any other likens or typifies the Holy Spirit as a dove; He's not a dove. Acts 17:30 says "And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent. Click the link below for the full article.

Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof (Proverbs 18:21).

Genesis 1 shows us how God spoke the Word in recreating and restoring order to the earth after it became a dark chaotic mass. He showed us an important example to follow. When Jesus walked the streets in Bible days, He did exactly the same thing; He lived as the Word, by the Word, and in the Word. Everything He did was Click the link below for the full article.

But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you (Romans 8:11).

Our opening verse is such a powerful revelation from the Word of God. However, many have only related to it as though it’s a mere promise; but it isn’t a promise. The question to ask is, “Does the Spirit live in you?” Yes, if you have received Him into your life. ...if any man be in Christ, he is a new creation: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new (2 Corinthians 5:17).

When you were born again, you were born a new type of man. This new man is not like anything the world has seen before; he's the new superman in Christ. He only shares semblance with the Lord Himself. 1 John 4:17 reiterates this truth about the new creation for it says Click the link below for the full article.

TOPIC: Live From "Inside Out!"

DATE: Sunday, January 26th

Pastor Chris

Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life (Proverbs 4:23).

In Matthew 12:33-35, the Lord Jesus used the allegory of a tree to teach that it’s the character of a man’s spirit that really matters; it’s what you’ve got in your spirit that counts. He said, "Either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for the tree is known by his fruit. O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh. A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things."

The character of your spirit is the character of your life. This is the reason any change you want to see on the outside must be initiated from your spirit; you must work from inside out. At the beginning of the year like this, many make "new year resolutions," promising themselves to start doing certain good things, or put away certain unwholesome habits. Some have a goal to improve themselves spiritually; they want to get more organized, give more attention to the diligent study of the Word and prayer. Some others want to make improvements in their career, education or lifestyle.

However, many get frustrated along the way, because only three months into the year, they’re back to what they used to be; unable to make any meaningful or lasting change. The reason is simple: they were trying to work from the "outside-in," instead of working from the "inside-out." The things that happen in your life come from your spirit and not from around you. Man is a spirit, hence it’s important you learn to live from your spirit and bring forth good things out of the good treasures of your heart.

Real success is from the human spirit. Until and unless your spirit is conditioned to go in the direction of the Word, and the Spirit of God, true success will elude you. 2 Corinthians 4:7 says, "But we have this treasure in earthen vessels…"; your spirit is a reservoir of good things. Therefore, give attention to the cultivation of your spirit by learning and meditating on God’s Word. When you allow God’s Word to dwell in you richly, you’d bring forth success, divine health, prosperity, progress, victory, and promotion from within you.

Prayer  Dear Father, I thank you for daily loading me with supernatural benefits and for giving me the advantage in life. I’m renewed, refreshed and positioned for the glorious life through the Word and the power of your Spirit at work in me today, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
